For the Smithers location: Please note Slopeside is located inside of a gym and although measures have been taken to minimize gym noise in the massage space there may be times that gym noise can be heard in the treatment space.

Free street parking available. There are two entrances, please enter through the Fourth Ave entrance and not the Queen Street entrance.

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment as the waiting space is an open gym area and seating may be limited.

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hour notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of the cost of the treatment.

Correina McNeice

Correina is a graduate from the Massage Therapy diploma program at Camosun College. She has previous experience treating a wide variety of people ranging from athletes, post-surgical patients, to people managing recovery, chronic pain, stiffness, immobility, and stress. Correina has applied her knowledge of human movement and provides treatment based on her understanding that the body is a sum of its parts therefore treatment plans consider the inter connectedness of our bodies and our environment. Based on your presentation, you can expect techniques such as joint mobilizations, active and passive movement, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, stress reduction modalities and therapeutic exercise prescription.
